Stephanie Ann Boings, age 45, of Erwin, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Miami, FL Stephanie is a daughter of Helen (Scott) Malina. She is of the Episcopalian faith. Stephanie enjoyed painting and doing crafts. She is preceded in death by her grandparents. Stephanie Boings has left behind to cherish her memory: husband of 20 years, Christopher Boings; sons: Taylor Boings and Spencer Boings; mother, Helen Malina; mother-in-law, Joyce Cole (James); brother-in-law, Nick Boings (Amy Whitson); and special friend, Karen Seeley Burnsworth. A celebration of Stephanie's life will be held at the Boing's residence, on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 1:30 pm. Reverend Scott Woodby will officiate. Anyone wishing to share a story or kind words about Stephanie's life is welcome to speak during this time. I knew Stephenie when she was a small child. She was a joy to be around and had a generous loving mother. I had the honor and privilege of walking her down the aisle when she married her loving husband Christopher. I was fortunate to speak with Christopher and her mom Helen on the day of celebration of her life.
